Rex Tutoring offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
The guarantee applies to tuition hours purchased through this website. Your first two hours of tuition are free, so you can try the service before paying anything at all.
To request a refund, email us at rexwintertutoring@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional working days to show the funds.
You can reschedule or cancel a booked session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice, and any prepaid hours remain available for future sessions or can be refunded within the 30-day window.
